Cancellation policies:

We always seek to give you the best service and help you in any way we can. We understand that eventualities or situations may arise that force you to suspend, modify and/or cancel your reservations, that is why we want to give you effective solutions, with a clear and transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy for our services.

For your safety, prompt response and effective cancellation, we will only accept these requests through our phone line or WhatsApp: +57 311 621 2428.    

  • By canceling 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded, minus bank charges and 5% administration fee. The refund will be made by the same means used by the client to make the payment.
  • If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 75% of the deposit paid will be refunded, minus bank charges and 5% administration fee. The refund will be made by the same means used by the client to make the payment.
  • By canceling 14 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded, minus bank charges and 5% administration fee. The refund will be made by the same means used by the client to make the payment.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the deposit paid.

If after check-in, you wish to shorten your stay by one or more nights, the first night will be charged at the full rate in effect for that date.

If you have obtained a special rate for the number of nights booked and you modify the reservation, the remaining nights will be charged at the full rate, as originally booked.

In case of no-show on the day of arrival or failure to report cancellation, 100% of the stay will be charged. 

In cases where a refund is requested by bank transfer, the associated costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Rescheduling policy    

You may request to reschedule your reservation within 6 months from the date it was made. Once the rescheduling is done, it will not be possible to request a refund of your reservation.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 15 days prior to the date of admission (for special cases, this must be submitted via WhatsApp to the number: +57 311 621 2428).
  • For reservations made less than 15 days in advance, 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged, with the exception of cases of force majeure (these must be presented with evidence for analysis).
  • Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • Rescheduling dates are subject to availability and do not apply to peak seasons such as: holiday weekends, Easter week, the month of July, the week of recess and from December 7 to February 15.
  • Rescheduling must be on the same days of the week of the original reservation or the excess must be cancelled, in case the new dates have a higher rate.

Non-refundable rates, promotional or gift cards:

All reservations made under the condition of non-refundable rates, promotional rates or gift cards, will be charged in full at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable, they can only be rescheduled, subject to availability of dates and with an extra charge of 25% of the total stay for administrative costs. After the expiration date of the Gift Cards, they can be used with an additional charge of 25% and will be valid for a maximum of six months after their expiration date, after the 6 month period, they will expire definitively.
